Hospitality & Customer Service

Access control is more effective when there is friendly reception of guests and visitors. The most minor of interactions such a smiling and saying “Welcome” or “Good Morning” requires the guard to pay attention to who is entering and also makes the guest aware of the guard in addition to facilitating a friendly, less hostile impression of the security force. Providing proper assistance and advice to both clients and the general public can be challenging when working events. The goal of this customer service course is to educate you on the best ways of providing effective customer service to ensure the satisfaction of the client.  Classes are by appointment only.
